Attendance Office

1. Send in a note the day of check out. The student will drop the note off in the attendance office before 8:30. Or use the QR code. 
2. The office will call to verify the check out note. 
3. The student will be called out of class at the appropriate time.
4. You do not need to come in the  school.  Pick the student up at the back of the building. 
5. Check-out notes need the following information:
   1. Student’s first and last name (printed)
   2. Time of check-out
   3. Reason for check-out
   4. Parent’s signature
   5. Parent’s contact information

No phone checkouts will be allowed.

1. Students will enter the building at door 32. This is in the back of the building at student parking. There is a sign on the column pointing to the door. Parents do not need to come in with the student. 
2. The student will give a note to the attendance clerk and sign in on the appropriate sheet. 
3. The attendance clerk will give the student a pass to class.

1. Send a note in by the student on the students next day on campus or email to Hghsattendance@mcssk12.org  Or use the QR code. 
2. You have three days to send in a note.
3. Please include students' full name, reason for absence, date and parent name.
